This 3D animation takes you through a complete 1TPH (1 ton per hour) modular palm oil processing plant, showing how fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are turned into crude palm oil (CPO) on a compact, integrated production line. It gives new project owners a clear picture of the plant layout and equipment arrangement before they invest.

The process starts with sterilization. Fresh fruit bunches are loaded into sterilization tanks, where high-temperature steam softens the fruit and loosens the fruitlets, preparing them for the next stage. The sterilized bunches then move to the threshing stage, where palm fruitlets are separated from the empty bunches. The fruitlets are digested and pressed to extract crude palm oil, which is then clarified, filtered and vacuum-dried to remove impurities and residual moisture – this helps improve the storage stability of the final oil.
