Glory Oiltech ships 1 TPD palm oil refinery and 10 TPD oil filling equipment to Nigeria

On August 12, 2026, Glory Oiltech (Henan Glory) shipped a set of palm oil refining equipment and oil filling equipment to a Nigerian customer. The shipment includes a 1 TPD palm oil refinery — a batch refining unit with electric heating — plus a 10 TPD palm oil filling line, a bag filling machine, and related auxiliary and packaging equipment.
Project Background: A Palm Oil Refining Start-Up in Nigeria
This Nigerian client, previously engaged in starch production, first contacted Glory Oiltech via Alibaba on November 5, 2024, with plans to set up a palm oil refining and filling line in Nigeria — entering the edible oil processing industry through this new project.
In early August 2026, Glory Oiltech completed production and factory inspection of the equipment. The equipment was then packed and shipped to Nigeria.

The Configuration: 1 TPD Refinery + 10 TPD Oil Filling Line
1 TPD Batch Palm Oil Refinery (Electric Heating)
Batch refining at 1 TPD fits a start-up line — lower capital outlay and simpler operation. Its batch configuration is built for small-scale refining, while the electric heating system supplies the process heat directly — without a separate boiler and steam line.
The 1 TPD palm oil refinery ships with its auxiliary equipment: oil receiving and transfer equipment (oil receiving hopper, oil tank, centrifugal pump and oil pump), clay tank, hot water and alkali water tank, vacuum separator and plate-and-frame filter press.

10 TPD Palm Oil Filling and Packaging Equipment
The 10 TPD palm oil filling line includes a semi-automatic weighing filling machine, along with capping, labeling and carton sealing equipment. We also included a separate bag filling machine to match the customer's required packaging format.

After Delivery: Installation, Commissioning and Local Support in Nigeria
The shipment marks the delivery stage of the Nigerian customer's project. Once the equipment arrives at the customer's site, Glory Oiltech can provide engineer-led installation, commissioning and technical support according to the customer's needs to help put the equipment into operation. The Ogun State branch and overseas warehouse handle follow-up service, spare parts and on-site coordination for Nigerian projects.
