On August 14, 2026, Glory Oiltech (Henan Glory) signed an order with a Nigerian client for a 2TPH palm oil processing line together with a 0.5TPH palm kernel oil processing line. Both lines will be deployed at the client's palm oil project in Owerri, Imo State, forming an integrated operation in which crude palm oil and palm kernel oil are produced from the same fruit — the kernels recovered from the palm oil line become the feedstock of the palm kernel oil line.

Client Background and Purchase Considerations

The project is led by an entrepreneur entering edible-oil processing from the food industry. After many years working in food production, he retired with a clear intention of building a business of his own, and chose palm oil processing as the field to invest in. His food-industry background shaped the way he evaluates equipment: he pays close attention to product quality and operational efficiency, and he approaches a new plant with the same discipline he applied to food manufacturing.

The engagement began on December 27, 2025, when the client submitted an inquiry through our website. He was clear from the start about what mattered to him — price, efficiency, product quality, and, above all, dependable after-sales support — and he had already approached several suppliers and collected competing quotations. Our sales manager based at the Nigeria branch took over the account and, across the months that followed, held three to four dedicated meetings with the client, walking through the process design, equipment configuration, capacity matching between the two lines, and the commercial terms.

What turned the evaluation in our favour was the question of after-sales. Because Glory Oiltech runs a branch and overseas warehouse in Ogun State, Nigeria, the client was confident that spare parts, installation guidance and technical support would not become a problem once the plant was running — a decisive consideration for a first-time owner-operator building a plant outside the major cities. With the technical and service terms aligned, the order was confirmed on August 14, 2026 and has now entered the production and preparation phase.

Equipment Highlights: One Fruit, Two Lines

The order covers two lines that work as one process. The 2TPH palm oil line extracts crude palm oil from fresh fruit bunches and recovers the palm kernels as a by-product; the 0.5TPH palm kernel oil processing line then takes those same kernels, cracks the shell, and presses the kernel into palm kernel oil. Running both from a single supplier keeps the capacity of the two lines matched and the whole operation on one standard of build quality.

The 2TPH Palm Oil Processing Line

This is a small-scale, complete palm oil milling line covering six working stations — sterilization, threshing, digesting, pressing, oil clarification and filtration, and vacuum drying:

  • Vertical steam sterilizer with fruit cages and a steam boiler, upgraded with a hydraulic automatic door, to soften the fruit and stabilize oil quality.

  • Palm fruit thresher with conveyor for continuous separation of fruit from empty fruit bunches.

  • Vertical digester with a dedicated stirring system, based on our large-scale design, to condition the fruit before pressing.

  • Double screw palm oil press — the core extraction unit, available in matched capacities so that the line holds a steady 2 t/h throughput.

  • Oil clarification and filtration system (vibrating screen + clarification tank + plate-and-frame filter) to deliver clean crude palm oil.

  • Vacuum drying system to lower the moisture of the finished CPO for stable storage.

This line is configured around the 500 kg/h (0.5 t/h) processing segment, taking whole palm kernels through to filtered palm kernel oil:

Why Did the Client Choose Glory Oiltech?

1. One Supplier for a Genuinely Integrated Project

Purchasing the palm oil line and the palm kernel oil line together means the capacity of the two is matched and the kernels recovered by the mill feed the kernel plant directly. The client did not have to coordinate separate suppliers or reconcile different equipment standards across a single, dependent process.

2. A Local Office That Settled the After-Sales Question

For a first-time owner-operator, after-sales support was the deciding factor. With Glory Oiltech's branch and overseas warehouse in Ogun State, Nigeria, Nigeria-based spare parts availability and technical support were secured — giving the client confidence that the plant would be supported well beyond delivery.

3. A Complete Configuration at a Competitive Price

The client had collected several quotations before deciding. Our configuration met his quality and efficiency targets on price as well, and our team made the full equipment list, capacity matching and process logic transparent across three to four meetings, so he could compare on a like-for-like basis rather than on headline price alone.

4. Patient Technical Guidance Across a Long Decision

From the first website inquiry in December 2025 to order confirmation in August 2026, our team kept the technical communication responsive and detailed. This steady guidance helped a professional new to oil processing turn an unfamiliar project into a concrete, well-specified plan.
