1. Thresher

This unit is capable of processing 1-2 tons of palm fruit bunches per hour, with a high-efficiency rotating mechanism that gently detaches palm fruits from the bunches without causing damage, significantly reducing manual labor costs compared to traditional manual threshing methods.

2. Oil Press

This small plug-and-play palm oil press unit is equipped with our Henan Glory double screw oil press, which can process 1 ton of palm fruit per hour. It is available in two material options: carbon steel and stainless steel, catering to different budget and application requirements.

In terms of materials, the screw is made of 2Cr13 wear-resistant alloy steel using an integrated casting process. Its wear resistance and hardness are superior to those of conventional carbon steel welded screws.

In structure, the tail is equipped with a gearbox combined with a hydraulic pump station to drive the two screws to rotate relative to each other, and the stirring blades squeeze out the oil, and the residual oil rate is lower, about 6% to 7%.

In terms of details, it is equipped with a hydraulic pump station and a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic pump provides an adjustable pressure of 100Mpa for optimal operation. The pressure in the bore can be detected in real time and adjusted in time.

In terms of capacity, the double screw palm oil press can actually process up to 2 tons of palm fruit per hour and can be used either as a individual machine or integrated into a production line.

3. Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen

The vibrating screen is designed to remove large fiber impurities from the pressed crude palm oil. Its double-layer screen mesh design achieves a 95% impurity removal rate, effectively filtering out larger particles such as fibers and shell fragments. The vibrating screen reduces clogging of the subsequent plate filter, lowers the frequency of filter cloth cleaning and replacement, and extends the service life of the entire system.

4. Plate Filter

After pre-filtration by the vibrating screen, the crude palm oil enters the plate filter for final purification. This unit utilizes multiple layers of filter cloth to trap fine fibers and other micro-impurities, producing clear, high-quality crude oil.
